Product information

All of our electric vehicles are shipped with FedEx Home Delivery and are typically delivered within 2–4 business days.

Products other than electric vehicles are shipped with PostNord, and the estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days.

In some cases, orders can also be picked up at our warehouse in Zealand by prior arrangement.

We offer a 2-year warranty on all our electric vehicles according to Danish legislation.

Any warranty cases are handled after prior agreement with our customer service.

We have 2 permanent mechanics who can help by appointment. The work is billed on an hourly basis and agreed directly with them. Warranty cases are handled by SpeedyBikes.
